1 Introduction

1.1: These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products from the Qsafe website.  By placing an order with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1.2: Absolute Graphics Ltd. trading as Qsafe reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend these terms and conditions at any time.  We invite you to check back periodically to see if any changes have been made.

2 Ordering

2.1: The price of the produce and the procedures for ordering, payment and delivery are displayed on this website under each respective product.

2.2: When placing an order on Qsafe, you agree that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

2.3: All orders are subject to order acceptance and product availability.

2.4: You must pay by Stripe at the time of order.

2.5: All prices listed on the website are presumed to be correct at time of purchase. However, Qsafe reserve the rights to change the price of any product at any time. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

2.6: Shipping is priced at €9.00 for a minimum quantity. Additional shipping costs may apply to larger quantities. Please contact our office for further details at customercare@qsafe.ie.

2.7: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your order. The confirmation email will detail the products ordered, cost – including VAT and the method of delivery.

2.8: You undertake that all details provided by you when ordering the product are correct.

 

3 Delivery

3.1 The despatch of your order will occur within 2 working days where the goods are available for despatch within our warehouse.

3.2 Should the completion of an order be likely to extend beyond 10 days; we will inform you by email.

3.3 The products will be delivered to the address – and related details – supplied by you on your order.

 

4 Returns

4.1 You may return the product you have purchased within 14 working days of delivery for a full refund on the condition that it is registered within 72 hours of receipt of product. Should the product contain manufacturing errors and/or defects and/or does not match the approved specification, we will re-send the product at no charge, or alternatively offer you a full refund. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the product to us.

4.3 If you are returning a product please contact us by email at customercare@qsafe.ie explaining the problem.

 

5 Privacy Policy

5.1: You acknowledge that Qsafe collects certain information from you when you fill out the purchasing form on our website.

5.2: Any of the information gathered from you will be used solely:

5.2.1: To improve our customer service for you and personalise your experience with us.

5.2.2: For delivery purposes whereby, we use your information to deliver the purchased product, ordered by you the customer, to the address inputted on the form.

5.2.3: To send you updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information.
